Federal Reserve Bank Open Info Session



On Monday, February 11th William Jewell had the pleasure of welcoming the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City to its campus. The Federal Reserve Bank held an open information session that was aimed at informing students about the various career and internship opportunities that they had available. In addition they outlined the application process that is needed for all positions. The Federal Reserve looks for individuals that have strong analytical and problem solving ability, leadership skills, oral & written communication, initiative, and project management and organization skills. Joining the Federal Reserve will give you access to personal and professional growth opportunities, involvement opportunities in the community, and great employee benefits. Internships are offered in a variety of departments over the summer and last for 10 weeks. These internships are paid and provide a great opportunity for full-time job consideration upon graduation. The interview process for full-time positions consists of 3 interviews: on campus, in-house, and final interview.  For internships the on campus interview is the final interview.
